Hello!! Whether you’re new here or you’ve known about me for years …hi!!!! How are you?
Do you like meal planning? Are you the meal planner of the family?
If meal planning is a part of your life, you might enjoy one (or both! :)) of these free printable meal planners! If you do decide to give one of them a try, could you let me know in the comments? And/or …if you have any input on how I could best improve this design in another meal plan printable (I may design more, we’ll see!), please let me know! I’d love to hear your input. How can I make this better?
Hello! My name is Melissa Thomsen and I’m the artist behind Melissa Jacie Art. (Jacie is my middle name!) God’s Word is important to me and I hope that the artwork I create brings the light of His truth into many homes!
ARTWORK NOTE
You’ll notice that on both of these meal planners, there are Scripture verses!! Yes!! God’s Word is living and active, It converts the soul and makes wise the simple. It rejoices the heart and enlightens the eyes! I hope as you use these planners that seeing these verses will encourage you to meditate on and remember the truth. If you look at the first planner featured at the top of this post, you’ll see that there’s water and flowers in the artwork. You’ll also see that there’s John 7:37 as the Scripture verse. If anyone thirst, they should go to Jesus and drink for He is the Living Water!! And as we drink of the water He gives, both through salvation in Him and walking with Him, we will be able to blossom and flourish like happy, healthy flowers! (If you like seeing Scripture and art combined, you might enjoy visiting the galleries here!)
Need meal planning flexibility? Yay!! Try this …
If you’re looking for a “moveable” planner that gives you the option to change things around part way through the week, the second meal planner has the option to use sticky notes (or use the printable notes)!!
Not sure if you still want to have tacos? No problem! Just remove the sticky note and add another.
Realized you’d rather have baked beans on Tuesday and spaghetti on Saturday? No worries! Just unstick and swap places! :)
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope these printable planners are a blessing! If you have a moment, could you answer a few questions for me?
If I created another Meal Plan Printable, what update would you most like to see?

Hope. There is a kind that never truly disappoints. That never fails or fades into a confusing mess of “but I thought …”. This hope never grows old …
Sarah could hear the pointed words as though she had witnessed them visually before her, written in jerky strokes of agitation.
I love the idea of a moveable/adjustable Meal Planner. I’m going to try these out this week. Thanks!
You are welcome, Noelle!! Thanks so much for your note! Let me know how it works for you and if there’s any tweaks you’d make! :)
I liked #2 meal planner a lot. I really don’t have anything I can help with at the moment as I have never tried meal planning. I will try to use it and see if it works for me or not. It is very pretty though.
Hello, Jacque!! Thanks so much for your note! :) Please do share your feedback after you give it a try!! :)
They’re so pretty, it’s hard to choose, but I think the movable one would be most practical for me. Being a mom and the meal planner for my family of 6 requires flexibility. I need to be prepared and able to switch meals when necessary, and the movable one looks like it would work best. But honestly, all of your work is just so gorgeous! :)
Thank-you so much for your input and encouragement, Patricia!!
