This, is a land of potential. A place of possibility for the presence of the perfect Word of God. Of all that is true, hope-filled and life-giving.
“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul:” Psalm 23:2-3a
Do you see the white placemats on the table? We can rest in the pure righteousness of Christ.
Do you see the fruit? As we rest in His green pastures and follow His lead by still waters, we can bear fruit. (John 15:4-5)
Do you see the Pilgrim’s Progress book? Lying down in His green pastures and being led by Him beside the still waters, can take place now, on the journey of life!
Do you see the candles? Our Shepherd is The Light of the World. As we are made by Him to lie down in green pastures and are led by Him beside the still waters, we are in the presence of The Light.
Do you see the brown netted ribbon? Made by Him to lie down in green pastures and led by Him beside the still waters–this can help to bind our hearts to Him.
Do you see the leaves on each plate? As we are made by Him to lie down in green pastures and are led by Him beside the still waters, the blessing we receive can then be used to bless others. (Philippians 2:1-4)
