I was concerned.
The event I was taking pictures for was going well. But I had a problem.
The kind of problem no photographer wants to get acquainted with.
My battery was low.
And this was my second camera.
I know. Worse and more worse.
The reason I was even using my second camera in the first place was that my other camera had given me a problem after I pulled it out to use. So, switching over, I started using my old camera.
Unfortunately, I had been silly enough not to charge either of my camera’s batteries before the day.
So I prayed, seeking repentance and asking for mercy.
It wasn’t until a little after the main part of the event was concluded that I realized my camera battery had expired.
God is so good.
Do we remember? Do I remember?
Do we take note of all that God is doing–even in the seemingly little circumstances of our lives? Those quickly breathed prayers, those miracles, those beautiful reminders that God is love?
Imagine it a bit like filling a basket full of reminders of how God is at work.
For me, I could place a camera in that basket.
What would you place in your basket?
